Happy October and Happy World Vegetarian Day, friends! We’re excited for the cooler weather, cozier nights, and heartier foods that are about to fill the coming weeks and months as autumn settles in.
Before we dive into this month’s list of recipes, we want to remind all our Fort Wayne-based readers that a really exciting event is happening this Saturday, October 6, at Headwaters Park: Veg’n Brew Fest! Skip making lunch or dinner and head on over to grab some delicious, plant-based food from both local and out-of-town food trucks and vendors, and also plan to enjoy some brews, music, cooking demonstrations, and more! We’re very much looking forward to it.
